What are the procedures when found in an emergency situation? |
 |
The procedures vary, but they will mostly consist of medical personnel searching for an item in which to indentify the individual in need. Upon finding the Medi Flash, they may then view the information and gain all the important details necessary for admittance and diagnosis. Once done, the Pre-Admission Forms will be printed and signed and then the treatment can start taking place. |

My Medi Flash is not auto running, what must I do? |
 |
If your Medi Flash is not auto running there can be a few possible explanations.
1. Your Autorun on your computer is deactivated, and/or set to perform a non standard action.
2. You are running windows 7. (They removed this feature in the operating system)
If this is the case you will have to install the program manually. However, this is not a problem. Navigate to “My Computer” and then double click on the Medi Flash Icon. You should now be in the root folder of the Medi Flash Drive. Double click on the Autorun folder and then, once in the folder, double click on “AdobeReader” and install the files. Thereafter, click on “dotnet32” for 32-bit operating systems or “dotnet64” for 64-bit operating systems and proceed with the installations. Next, go back into the root folder of the Medi Flash Drive, and click on “Main”.
You are now finished: further instructions can be found in the program by clicking on the button labeled “Show Instructions”. |
